Committed to providing compassionate end-of-life care, Solterra Hospice is a dedicated team with a wealth of experience, including a medical director who is dedicated to excellent care for every individual we have the honor of caring for.

With roots dating back almost a century, we are proud to expand our services to the Willamette Valley community. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of compassion and caring to all that we serve, including patients, families, caregivers, and our staff, who put their whole hearts into delivering the highest level of care.

At Solterra Hospice, we are redefining what hospice care should be. Where many agencies overload nurses with 20–28 patients, we keep caseloads at 10 or fewer — ensuring that every visit is unhurried, every symptom is addressed quickly, and every family feels truly supported. Our chaplains, social workers, and massage therapists bring extra layers of comfort, honoring the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each person we serve. Locally owned and deeply committed, we are ready and honored to care for your loved one as if they were our own.
